...Just play it.

But here are two tips to get started.

- Play on a lower scroll speed.
- Play on a bar skin to read the notes better.

You're going to have to restart basically, with some prior rhythm sense in you. So don't push on the difficulty too much, just start simple.

6k is pretty easy to get into all you gotta do is play there isn't as big a 6k fan base but there's an ungodly large amount of maps so I recommend finding the map packs for 6k (6k is also called solo so try searching up solo for other packs) but just one pack of 100 6k will work fine

1) im 4.5 star level at 4k, why must i play on lower scroll speed?

2) how does a bar skin help? ive tried 4k with bar skin and my acc was sorta meh despite the fact ive been using bar for, like, a month so i dont see why deviating from circles helps

edit: also wouldnt ssome skill carry over from 4k? like im assuming rn i should be playing lower end 2 star charts to get my ring finger used to actually pressing stuff. im also thinking that when i get into 3 star level where i can properly say my fingere are used to 6k then getting to lower end 4 star will be waaaay faster than 4k 4 star level. sorry i have so many questions i have no idea abt 6k

1. more notes, more controls. Takes time for your brain to compute what's going on without prior knowledge. Got to build the muscle memory.

2. Honestly I have no clue, it was recommended to me before. iirc, the first point can apply here as well. It's not needed though.. I only say that because I stuck with smaller circle sizes.

No. You're starting at either 1* or below. The only thing that can transfer, at least in the beginning, is your rhythm sense. Again, all you need is muscle memory and finger independency. It will take some time to get used to the change.
You'll understand that better once your six fingers are involved consistently.

ok but i think its best if i start with 2 stars and get a bunch of Cs or Bs because im gonna be playing poorly because my acc on collums with ring finger because theyrr not used to hitting notes anyway. if i do end up being wrong like how i usually am then ill just do 1 staar
