Problem details:
when i press then release a key sometimes it keeps it held which makes it where i have to press the key again to make it actually stop acting as if that key is pressed

razer huntsman tournament edition, although i just found a fix myself sorry for the trouble.
i just had to reinstall razer synapse and it seemed to fix the issue
