Missing grades

Recently, I noticed a strange issue with my account. I had 66 S grades, but now it shows only 59. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or is it just me?

Please let me know if this is a bug or related to an update. I know this is a small number, but as a newbie, my grades are valuable to me because good grades motivate me to try harder and improve.

There's been a bit of a long-standing bug with rank accounting since lazer release went live. Can I ask if you ever tried playing lazer? It doesn't like you did in the recent past from your recents, but maybe?

Your screenshot is broken here so I can't really see the previous state of your profile.

We'll be doing a recount process on the ranks in the coming days so that may alleviate the problems too.

Sorry, I was not at home. Yes, I have played lazer and set some scores. However, for the past two days, I have been playing on the stable version. The problem occurred today because I don't recall my grades being lower than usual yesterday. Anyway, here is the link to an image of my stats:https://imgur.com/OybB2iT.For some unknown reason, the BBCode isn't working for me.

You don't have the url or img codes around the image, which is why it's not making a link or image. If you do use the img tags, do make sure it's on its own line or else it'll look weird.

If you did play on lazer and set scores there, they'll only show up on the lazer mode, which you can see by clicking on your profile image at the top right and select "lazer mode". Conversely, lazer plays won't show up on stable mode.

It said that you have 66 "combined" S grades. What does it combined? S grades and silver S grades.

S grades can be obtained without using HD or FL mod.
silver S grades can be obtained with HD or FL mod.
Basically, they are both the same grades, just that if you use these mods mentioned or not.

Coming back from your question, you have 59 S grades - it also shows in your osu! profile. The missing grade is most likely added into your silver S grades - since in the screenshot you have only 6 silver S grades but in the website it is added to 7.

In a nutshell, 66 "combined" S grades = 60 59 S grades + 6 7 silver S grades
Same goes for the "combined" SS grades:
8 "combined" SS grades = 6 SS grades + 2 silver SS grades (Based on the screenshot)

I can't remember clearly, but with the little memory I have left, I recall having 63 S ranks a few days ago (approximately one week ago). Since then, I have scored S ranks on a few more maps, so there should be more than 60 S ranks now. At least 60.
