I'm stuck at a certain rank

I started to use a graphic tablet after I ranked up to 600k's.I really got used to it. Better than my mouse.
But after a while, I noticed that I cannot rank up like I used to. It is always +10 or so.
I cannot play 4 star maps because they are way too SLOW for me, and I often fail or I keep messing up my combos at 5+ star maps.
Shall I change my 60hz monitor? Shall I buy a mechanical keyboard? I'm playing for 1.5 years, and I feel like I'm stuck in a loop now.
I don't play the same maps in a row, I have a map pack consists +2k maps.

No. Play 3* maps until you can get 95% acc consistently, then up to mid-3*, then high 3*, then low 4*, then mid 4*, and so on.

Doesn't matter if you think they're slow. Your acc stinks and you need to start on lower-difficulty maps to start figuring out what you need to fix, actually get it fixed, and then you can get to playing 5* maps with more ease. You aren't getting anywhere trying to play 4-5* maps because some aspects of your skills are simply not good enough, which no amount of great tech is going to help you fix. Great skill will carry you infinitely further than a great setup; IMO it's not until you get up to 4-digit (or low 5-digit) that having a good enough setup will actually help.

This. You couldn't consistently hold high-acc combos in 5* because you haven't been able to do that in 4*. You couldn't do that in 4* because you also haven't mastered that in 3*.

For setup, as long as it's "comfortable" enough, there's no reason to upgrade.
