I am trying to improve my tapping but practicing stream maps and tapping maps is too draining to just focus on that and i get tired after only 30-45 minutes of playing.

You don't run 20 km without stopping on your first day of running. You have to run 500 m first without stopping, then when you can run 500 m comfortably you start running 600 m without stopping, and then 700, and then 800, and then 900, and then 1 km... The same applies to osu!. You can't FC freedom dive on your first day, nor will retry-spamming The Deceit until you FC it work. Progress takes time.

I'd suggest trying to focus on longer maps to build consistency, since pretty much your entire top 100 is tv size maps.

Also, maybe tone down the difficulty of the maps you play. Most of what you're playing you're getting B ranks on, which generally isn't ideal for improvement. Try to aim for at least an A.

1.) Stop playing [Insane] or [Extra] maps (basically anything above 4*). You barely get any decent acc on those maps and that doesn't help your ability to grow. You're likely better off playing in the 2* range (maybe low 3*) as that's where you have the best acc average. You want to usually shoot for 95% acc on a consistent basis--that is, you could randomly select any map from that 2.3-3* range and get 95% on 9/10 maps picked this way. That's usually a good enough sign that you can move up to a higher difficulty.

2.) Play longer maps (at minimum over 3 minutes, like Yellowbadbeast suggested. Being able to play through longer maps (not to mention being able to get good acc on them) will help with both consistency and stamina.

3.) Maintain a relatively high playcount. Only 800 (recorded) plays this month isn't going to provide you a lot of improvement. You don't have to tryhard and go for, like, 3K+, but try to remain relatively close to 2K plays a month. 1.5-2.3K.

4.) IF you can't maintain that due to real life obligations (which ALWAYS COME FIRST unless you stream Osu as your primary income, and even then they should still take priority), try to make what little time you do have count. It might be better for you to condense your play down so that instead of spreading out 1K plays over an entire month, try putting in a couple hours and 300-400 plays into one or two days, especially focusing on a specific aspect of play.

5.) Seriously, stop playing higher SR maps when you can't normally do better than B-rank 80%-ish on them.

3.A) I currently have an rsi and possibly carpal tunnel so i think my playcount it def gonna stay low if not 0 for a week or 2. i do agree though, every time i saw my playcount i thought "thats nowhere near where i want it"

1.A) I have always been told that playing 85-90% acc plays will be the best for improving, the same way that doing the same weight in a workout when you can rep it for 30 is less efficient for gains than doing heavier for sets of 8.

2.A) I have been trying to play longer maps, even though you cant really see it in the top plays.
