I had two plays on one map: (current)with a bad acc but good combo and (later)a good acc but a low combo set on osu before csr, after i loaded the scores in Lazer after csr it showed that the score with higher acc had more PP and score than the current one but it didn't override it. Does csr apply only to your highest score you set before csr?

If your score was "scorev1'd" before csr, it is gone forever. It is in your local scores but it doesn't actually exist in the games database of scores.
