I'm sorry for making a new thread, but I have nothing else left, I tried the solutions on the forum, didn't help, osu crashes whenever I try to capture with OBS.

My laptop specs:
AMD Ryzen 7 5800H @ 4.4 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 @ 14 GB
RAM 16 GB
Windows 10 64-bit
92 GB of free memory

I have the latest OBS version: 30.2.3

Log from the event viewer:

when you said you tried solution from other threads, what have you tried specifically? The errors being shown in the crash logs indicate that it is something to do with your graphics drivers.

This actually helped! I can't believe the solution is so easy, when looking at other topics, I tried to turn compatibility mode on/off, editing full control of the osu folder, updating the .NET framework etc., but only switching off full screen worked. Thank you sm!!
