[resolved] [osu!stable] Score not updating even after reindexing

Problem details:
A while ago I got a decent play on one map with 97.49% accuracy, which after the rework should have been around 220-240pp, but even after reindexing was done, which was supposed to fix scores that weren't displayed, it still shows as if my best play on the map was 92.11%, which only had a higher combo.
I understand that this isn't really that much of an issue cause the score is very much repeatable with a little effort, but I just want to know if there is any specific reason, why it didn't update the pp for that play, considering that all the scores were reprocessed with the rework?

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

https://i.ibb.co/XjMCwjR/image.png (score in my top plays, which has the same miss count but way worse accuracy)

osu! version: Stable 20241030 (latest)

Can you export a replay for us to download, I'm not entirely sure why that map would be the only one not indexing. If you want to try and submit a play that would override that one then that might work better but Im thinking it got indexed but it is just worth only 171 because of where you missed.

Where are you seeing that it is worth 220-240?

I have the same problem. 27.02 I got my highest pp score and the next day I rebeated score with better accuracy and misscount that should give much more pp but after reindexing it remained the same
Map: beatmapsets/771159#osu/1621319

Of course, here is the replay file.
And from the looks of it, I'm not the only one with this issue.

And it should not be worth only 171 because it has the same miss count but a lot less 100s, I also used the https://pp.huismetbenen.nl/rankings/score-calculator/master score calculator, which shows a estimate pp value of that score.

EDIT: Importing that score into lazer shows that it's actually worth 216 pp (Screenshot)

For Says1ng's case, they are mentioning a score which was set in Ferbruary. We weren't storing all scores back then, only the highest total score, so the second play was lost. It won't be returning, sorry.

For Waifu's case, the score in question was probably overwritten by a newer score they set. It doesn't exist in the database, but other scores with higher total score do.

I believe both of these cases are misunderstandings of the scope of "recovering lost scores", and not issues with the systems.

This does seem to be the case unfortunately.
Thanks anyway peppy.

I understand that the lost score cannot be returned, but it is not a problem. I'm not chasing the result, only trying to enjoy the gameplay as much as possible. Thank you for a great game <3
