Question details:
Why on the results screen did it give me an S rank, I was well into that range, and then jumped back to an A rank?

You can’t get an S rank if you miss, even if your accuracy is otherwise good enough to technically qualify for an S. That’s what the animation is supposed to convey.

You could like a year ago, but people didn't like it, so it got changed to be closer to stable.

Oh lol ok so if you have a miss you can’t S a level and that anim is just for if you get acc to qualify but you don’t fill all the criteria?
