Is there any way for the Osu!Direct button to open beatmaps inside of lazer?

I recently made the switch over to Lazer, but the problem I've been facing is that the Osu!Direct button opens stable instead of Lazer. I've tried switching the default way to open osz. files to Lazer, I also tried clearing the Osu site data, but neither worked. Is there any way for Direct to open Lazer?

I'm on Lazer 2024.1009.1

Aggressive approach, but maybe just delete Stable

From your browser, change what opens the osu:// protocol. I don't use Chrome but on firefox it's on about:preferences#general and then under applications
