Not sure if it's possible to remove SV from all maps but at least on individual difficulties:
- Go to Editor on the map.
- press F6.
- Go to "Inherited Points" on the rightmost tab at the top.
- Click once on one of the inherited points below.
- CTRL+A (if the map has a lot of inherited points the game might freeze for a moment).
- Press DEL on keyboard or click on the red X button.
- Click OK.
- CTRL+S and then exit the map.
- enjoy
