I can't stop tensing up my hand whenever i start streaming faster maps (around 210bpm for me). i use my middle and point finger to tap. Feel free to ask any questions that could help find a solution

i found a dumb and very annoying solution, i switched to my ring and index finger which fixed the tensing but it makes me fingerlock + bad acc and feels very dumb so i might as well stay to index and middle finger and play aim

Yeah, switching to ring index changes everything, lol. Though, you can try not to "hyper focus" when there's a stream. Don't think too hard when there's a stream and just tap. That helped me a little, at least.

Hi, i simply can't do that. I noticed that AR also plays a huge part in this as i tense up my tapping hand in AR 9.7-11 high bpm jumps more then at like 9.3 AR. I also don't feel like i "hyper focus" on the jumps/streams so i don't really know why this happens.

Ideally you want to play at a BPM where you won't be "forced" to tense up on. This can also be from a lack of stamina.
Whatever the case, you're exhausting energy.

As for AR, I have no comment on.
Just try to keep yourself at a point where you can tap at a balance. Tapping as light as possible to avoid built up strain will also help.
