[osu!lazer] Beatmaps not migrating to lazer properly [RESOLVED]

Problem details:
- I have had lazer for a while but mainly played on stable. I had initially migrated my beatmaps to lazer during my first install but afterwards i didnt play on lazer until a few weeks ago. In the time i had spent playing stable instead of lazer, i had downloaded up to 1000 more beatmaps which i wanted to import to lazer. So i ran the setup wizard again to import beatmaps from my previous version. The wizard showed only around 1800 beatmaps that could be imported, when i had around 9700 beatmaps in stable. I double checked the osu stable directory to see if i had put in the wrong folder, but that wasnt the case. I reprocessed my beatmaps in stable and then tried again, but still got the same results.
- However, when i clicked import, it imported all of my skins, collections and scores(~7000) from stable, though only around 1800 beatmaps (not seperate beatmaps, including difficulties).
- What confused me most was that the beatmaps didnt show up in the song select menu, even after searching, but they did show up in the "Now Playing" menu.

If anyone has potential fixes or solutions, please let me know. I appreciate the help

I believe this is general confusion stemming from 2 factors:

  1. Stable song select shows the number of beatmap difficulties imported. lazer import dialog in the first run overlay shows the number of beatmap sets it will import. In other words, if you went to your stable Songs folder, you should see around 1800 directories. Can you check and confirm this is the case?
  2. The reason why you're not seeing the maps in song select is that you appear to have a star difficulty filter applied that only shows maps at 10 stars and above (see the pink "Difficulty range" slider in the filter control above the carousel, which is dragged all the way to the end).

It was the latter. I feel so stupid, but thank you spaceman :blessed:
