So I wanted to create a beatmap for a song I like to get it ranked, and I didn't really want to go through the timing process, so I instead took a copy of another map, cleared all the notes, and then added my notes.
Now, I'm done making the beatmap, but I still can't upload it because it's someone else's. Do I need to copy my notes over to my own or can I bypass this in some way?
Edit: Would it work if I copied all the data in the file of the beatmap and then pasted it into another file of the same beatmap?
Edit 2: I tried using the BSS Issues but it didn't work, and the BeatmapID and BeatmapSetID just reset whenever I closed or opened osu!
