I suggest you pay attention to 3 details:
1. a setting that allows the leaderboard to be fully revealed during the game without hiding the scor itself, but it will be reduced to 5 scores only so as not to cover too much space;
2. adding an animation when you beat your scor, like in stable (flashing the score), to make it more noticeable;
