For example, let me see - if Sotarks were completely unknown, would his Fhana maps be considered low quality? Modders often critique maps based on what mappers they model the basics from and what trends are popular in the era but in my opinion, they are wrong. Without any prior information and just by playing the map, you’ll still get the feeling that beautiful patterns really do exist in the beatmap. In any work of art, the author is only an accessory.

For instance, if I were to kill someone? Would the enjoyment and playability of the map change? What do you think?
Is there any change in the patterns on the editor? If there isnt, then the map does not change. A map is rendered by running through the text file in the editor.
For example, would the quality of a map change I was plagiarising?
I'm not talking about vague things like how I would be evaluated, I'm talking about a larger framework here. No matter how I made the map, the patterns on the editor are the same, aren’t they?
For example, I'm asking about its value as a playable level. The data on it, not the map itself. Does the arrangement of circles change?
It shouldnt. Whether I kill someone before making that map, or rob someone afterwards, or steal the slider shape from someone in the first place, the mechanics of the map; the sequence of the sliders and movements in the timeline; nothing should change.
Do you understand the value of the story Im telling you? Hey, do you understand?

I'm a thief.
There are various thieves in the game nowadays, but I am a little different from them.
It's not about stealing accounts. I have no interest in performance points, leaderbord sniping and tournament ranks.
I'm a thief plagiarizing map concepts.
