If the end of a slider matches the end of a timing section, and the next timing section uses a different sample set, the slider sound effect will go on after the slider ends. Pausing the song will not stop the sound effect, but moving to before the slider's place on the timeline will.
To be honest, I'm not sure if this is really a bug or an unavoidable side-effect of the sample set switching at this point, but this has made me modify my beatmaps a couple of times and I wonder if there is any way to prevent this from happening. Also, it seemed more fitting to post this here rather than in Beatmap Help.
My apologies if this has already been brought up (it probably isn't the first time someone has placed a slider this way), but all the keywords I used trying to check were too common to yield any results.
