On the idea:
The straight sliders are like how stuck and stubborn in his ways le lieutenant is, constantly explaining away his decisions to be in some way evil (kinda like the overspaced alt patterns, they very evil !!!). He looks forward to each meeting the the magical girl, wherein the cracks begin to form in his facade he puts up. Those cracks are the circular flow and weird curved V shapes the patterns make. I decidedly on the last mega kiai put what I wanted; for the facade to finally shatter, letting the lieutenant be free of his position, become capable of pursuing the ma- girl he likes. I also make whatever mapping decisions I feel like and go gunga (:
On the map itself:
For the first time, I try to control movement and rotation more and use it in my emphasis and groupings. I use more stop movements than usual, control my SVs more conservatively, and change rotation each measure in the first kiai. First half of the triangular patterns rotate one way, then rotate the other for the second half, as is the case for the "guru guru ni" part which is literally just the song talking about rotating/rolling, hence rolling in either way (like the characters when they think of each other???? Like concept !!!!)
