Looking for feedback with my map (osu!std, 1:09 drain time, rock)

Hi, this is the first map I'm trying to take seriously and get ranked. Please give feedback on what I can do to improve the map. Specifically I think the timing needs some work, some parts feel like they don't flow perfectly. Also, some help with the hard difficulty would be nice, I feel like the map is too cluttered. Thanks so much!
