[confirmed] Score not overwriting

Problem details: Been trying to overwrite my SS score on cold weather that I had gotten on the 1st day of the daily challenge. Played the map with various mod combinations on both stable and lazer with scores that should have more than overwrote the score, but the SS is still on my profile.

Video or screenshot showing the problem:
Local scores on the map on lazer
All my scores on the map using Bathbot on discord
The SS still being shown on my profile
Proof I'm not mistaking other maps for an SS: Without lazer mode, with lazer mode

Just to make things clear: what does "SS still on my profile" mean specifically?

  1. If you mean the score being in your pins, that is normal. Pinned scores remain so long as they're pinned, even if they're not your best.
  2. If you mean your SS rank count being 1 - are you sure you don't just have another SS on record?

"SS still on my profile" being that my SS count is at 1

  1. I have the SS score pinned to remind myself to overwrite the score at some point
  2. I'm 99% confident this is the last SS I have to at least overwrite. I always keep track of the number of SS's I have. It was at 0 until I got the cold weather score

You said that you played the map "on stable". Do you recall at what point you did that? (It's a bit weird that I can't see this happening on your profile in the recent section...)

Due to a technical foible I could believe that the SS count didn't update properly if you first attempted to "overwrite" that SS score with a better stable score, and then continued submitting scores on whichever client.

Yes I do recall attempting to overwrite the SS on stable at first at least a month ago, as shown on the Bathbot screenshot. It was only until a day ago where I tried on lazer to no avail

Is there any way to overwrite SS now or did I soft lock myself?

At this point there is probably nothing you can do about it.

The core problem here will be addressed at some point when stable & lazer submission are unified more (this problem is happening because stable score submission is not aware of lazer's). That might come with a recalculation of rank counts, which would retroactively fix this for you, but I don't want to promise that will happen at this time.
