Problem details:
well, its simple. how do i back up osu!lazer beatmaps
(on windows)
osu! version: Stable 20240820.1 (latest)

does this also apply when moving os'es? (win to linux?) (im sorry if this is a dumb question, not used to osu files or shii)

It should work when moving across operating systems, yes - that said do note the default game files location is obviously different on linux (it's ~/.local/share/osu).
