[Archived] [osu!stable] osu not downloading

Problem details:
I cant download osu, download any maps or skins, and every and all images on all osu-related websites dont appear

Would your router, firewall, or ISP be blocking osu! for any reason? (school laptop etc.) If so that's probably it.

You can try downloading osu!lazer via this link, but if half of the site is blocked you're probably gonna run into more issues.

when i go to my firewall i cant find osu anywheres in it so i dont *think* its being blocked.

can you run the following commands in command prompt and send screenshots of what they output:

(use Ctrl+c to close them after ~4 pings)

ping osu.ppy.sh
ping irc.ppy.sh
ping 1.1.1.1

just trying to find out if there is anything blocking it

Along with what chromb is suggesting, are you running any proxy/VPN services while trying to connect to osu! and its services?
