- Put the video you want to use in the Song Folder (Of the beatmap in question)
- Then go to "Design" and click on the upper right side "Background Image/Video".
- Now choose the Video you want to use.
Please make sure that the video is using a supported format (.avi or .flv)

Are you using stable or lazer?
If you are using stable, it should work the way I described.
If you are using lazer, it is currently not possible to add videos to maps in the lazer editor.
If you want to add the video, it has to be done via the stable editor.
