Problem details:all the game is glitching making it almost impossible to play it

Usually when someone reports broken graphics on Android 14 it's because of https://github.com/ppy/osu/issues/25189.

TL;DR: Either enable ANGLE in developer options (see https://github.com/ppy/osu/issues/25189#issuecomment-1832176491) or wait for further firmware updates from your manufacturer that contain the fix for this (see https://github.com/ppy/osu/issues/25189#issuecomment-1925028777).

But yes, it would help if we could actually look at the video and logs as they're only visible to you right now.

The angle dev options fixed the problem thanks to both of you anyways!

If you want to see the recording anyways I changed the permissions
