Is 5 star possible without keyboard

I have been playing OSU for around a year and I have reached the first few maps on 4 stars, I can make it to the end of a map but my hand is always hot and tired at the end of each one, I don't use my keyboard because I like to do tablet only, but are there people in 5+ stars using tablet only

Work on your stamina, then. Play lots of 3-4* maps that are at least 4 minutes long. If you want to do really well IMO, do that plus aim for 97%+ FCs or outright SS's. Probably wouldn't hurt to keep a variety between stream/jump as well.

My first 5 stars FC was on osu!droid, definitely possible with tablet only
