Please upload game logs. There's a button to export them to a .zip in settings.
I don't expect to see much in there but maybe I'll be surprised. This is a network issue, likely related to things you may be doing on your PC (proxies, VPNs, custom certificates, whatever have you). Either that or your system is compromised. But logs might shed some more light on this.
