i thought there used to be a way to manually graveyard a map. Can you still?

There's no way to manually graveyard a map, you have to wait for around 30 days for the map to be there

Nope.
This has also been denied over the years with a few reasons.

Best is to just map a few and wait until it expires so you don't overwork yourself with a lot of maps.
