Problem details:
我的OUS无法设置中文，但他是中文选项（其他除了英语的语言也是）

So the option is there it seems, but what happens when you try and change the language to chinese? Do you get an error or something?

到游戏目录下的Localisation文件夹内，看下是否存在zh-CHS.txt
正常来说，osu!在设置中选择了对应语言后，会自动下载该语言的本地化文件
如果没有，你可以找别人要一份（

Go to the localization folder in the game directory and check if zh-CHS.txt exists
Normally, osu! will automatically download the localization file of that language after selecting the corresponding language in the settings.
If not, you can find one from someone else (
