It makes no sense to me to hide downvotes on comments, yet leave upvotes enabled. Why not just remove the rating system entirely? If you're not allowed to show you disagree with something with a single click, you shouldn't be able to show your agreement or support with one either.

Except the total downvotes aren't visible like they used to be. For non-moderators, at least.

It's not an osu thing. Discus shows the overall score, so if 40 people upvote and 20 people downvote, the comment shows 20 upvotes.
