[osu!web] Sometimes download speed is very slow

Problem details:

Recently, sometimes download speed is very slow at osu site, maybe about 10KB/s.
But try again will be faster.
Please let me know what I can check or any help.

Do you experience the same issue if you try and download beatmaps within the game (either through osu!direct in stable, or the beatmap download integration in osu!lazer).

Do you know if your ISP was conducting maintenance or you were experiencing an outage?

I observe that when I use a VPN, the problem doesn’t occur.
Finally, found a workaround.
