With your current range, there isn't gonna be any catch tournaments to your rank range.
The occasional open rank or 4 digit tournament may spawn, so spend this time to improve. Tournaments are too soon for you right now.

there has been a few beginners tournaments over the last few years (like 7.5k+ or 10k+), but we're talking like once a year
