This is a osu!standard, 1v1, Double Elimination format event. Only players with a Caribbean or Central American flag in their profile are allowed to participate. ~~You may request a flag change if you do not have a valid one.~~

All matches will be Head to Head, with ScoreV1, and Accuracy as the Win Condition. NF is forced in all matches.
Host, Co-Host, Admins, Poolers & Playtesters Are Not allowed to participate in this tournament as a player.
Staff Members are to be treated with utmost respect. Any kind of mistreatment, either in a match or in the discord server, will not be tolerated, and is subject to a Ban from the tournament, discord server, Blacklisted, or all.
Where rules do not prevail, common sense shall. The administration is greenlighted to apply any punishment as they see fit.
Every stage will be held Saturday and Sunday. However, you may request any time from Friday@0:00UTC to Sunday@23:59UTC
Schedules and Mappools are released every Monday at 16:00 UTC, there will be no streamed showcase.
Reschedules are permitted with consent of BOTH players and MUST show evidence of this. These Reschedules MUST be submitted before Thursday@23:59:59 UTC before a round is due to happen. Reschedules after this time will be evaluated further in certain cases. Please keep a reasonable time window when rescheduling (at least 24 hours before the match) or it may be cancelled.
After submitting your registration, you must join the Discord and change your nickname to your osu! username.

QUALIFIER STAGE

Players may exit the lobby (quit playing) at any time. Any map that a player does not complete will not count towards Qualifiers results and instead will be marked with a zero (0).
Scores will be added up. The 16 players with the highest average accuracy will advance to the Bracket Stage.

BRACKET STAGE

Seeding will take place traditionally (#1 with #16; #2 with #15; #3 with #14, and so on)
If a player does not show up after 10 minutes of their scheduled match time, they will forfeit all their bans.
If a player does not show up after 15 minutes, they will Lose by default, and the match will be canceled.
Failure to attend a match without valid reason may result in being Blacklisted.
Referees will hold Host for the WHOLE MATCH, except for when warmups are being chosen by the players.
Warmups are allowed below 4:00 of duration. Refrain from using inappropriate music.
Players will have 1 ban in RO16, and 2 bans thereafter.
Players will !roll once. The winner of the !roll will choose between first pick or first ban
The pick - ban format will be ABABBA for all matches:
A chooses first ban, B chooses first ban, A chooses second ban, B chooses second ban, B chooses first pick, A chooses second pick.
(Since RO16 has only 1 ban, the format for that round is ABBA)
Players will have 90 seconds to pick a map. Failure to do so will result in a loss of the pick.

If a disconnection occurs, and a proof of score exists, a rough estimate will be given and the player will be awarded the point, if applicable. If the player disconnects in the first seconds of the map, the map will be replayed instead.
Any attempt to stall the match or wrong behavior will result in a warning. Failure to comply with the warning will result in a point being awarded to the opponent. Continued behavior will result in disqualification from the match and/or complete disqualification from the tournament.
The Freemod pool will allow players to use any combination of HardRock, Hidden, and Flashlight. DoubleTime may be allowed if both players agree, as well as Nightcore. You must choose to play with either HD or HR mod. NoFail is also forced.Easy is not allowed.
If there is a tie in scores, the map will be canceled and no points will be awarded. The match will proceed as usual as well as the pick order will not be affected.
If there is a tie in points, the Tiebreaker map will be played. The same rules of the Freemod pool will apply (NF + HD/HR + FL;DT/NC)
You are free to leave at the end of the match.
Winner advances through bracket. If this is the loser’s first loss in the tournament, they proceed through the Losers Bracket. If it’s their second loss, they are eliminated from participation.
A Bracket Reset will be held in Grand Finals only if the finalist of the Loser’s Bracket defeats the finalist of the Winning Bracket. Since this would be their first loss, a second “Sudden Death” match is held to declare a champion.
