1. The Bulgarian Community Cup is an open rank 3v3 teams of 4 Suiji style tournament.
2. Only players with a Bulgarian flag in their profile are allowed to play.
3. If you're Bulgarian but you have a different flag on your profile, please contact one of our hosts to confirm your citizenship.
4. All matches will be played with ScoreV2 + NoFail.
5. All staff members are prohibited from participating in the tournament with the exception of streamers, commentators and referees.

Community Rules

1. All players are expected to treat staff members and the rest of the tournament participants with respect. Any mistreatment during the tournament will not be tolerated and will be punished accordingly.
2. Administration reserves the right to disqualify you from the tournament if any of the tournament and community rules are not abided.
3. Issues that are not explicitly mentioned in tournament and community rules will be personally judged by our administration.

Qualifier Rules

1. Qualifiers will be used to determine seeding.
2. All maps will be played in their mappool order (NM>HD>HR>DT)
3. Each map can be played only once.
4. The top 32 players will proceed with the tournament.
5. Players will be divided into tiers based off their qualifier results.
6. Tier 1 (1st-8th seeds), Tier 2 (9th-16th seeds), Tier 3 (17th-24th seeds) and Tier 4 (25th-32nd seeds).
7. Teams have 5 days to choose a captain, failing to choose a captain on time results in the Tier 1 player of the team getting the captain role automatically.

Match Rules

1. Reschedules must be submitted by Friday, 23:59 EEST every week. Rescheduling past the said time shall be reviewed by the tournament staff.
2. A referee will create a lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled match and invite the captains of both teams.
3. Captains are responsible for inviting their teammates.
4. Failing to join 5 minutes from the scheduled time results in losing rolls and bans.
5. Failing to join 10 minutes from the scheduled time results in immediate disqualification.
6. Disconnects in the first 30 seconds are eligible for map replay.
7. Replays after disconnecting are only allowed with a provided replay
8. Each team gets one 120 second time out per match.
9. Warm ups up to 3 minutes are allowed.
10. Captains use !roll at the start of each match.
11. The captain with the higher roll selects the first warm up map and chooses between picking first/second or banning first/second. (ABBA)
12. Double picks and double bans are not allowed. (Double picks/bans are only allowed for NM)
13. Banning, picking and switching teammates all have a 90 second timer set by referees.
14. Failing to ban on time results in losing your ban.
15. Failing to pick on time results in the opposing team getting your pick.
16. A round during a FM pick must consist of the following: P1: HD or EZ | P2: HR/HDHR | P3: NM.
17. HDHR counts as HR during FM.
18. EZ/FL have a 1.25 multiplier.
19. Mods during TB are allowed but not obligatory.
