[resolved] [osu!stable] Update Loop when I got a new beatmap, now I can't open up osu! at all.

Problem details: One day, my client updated while I was mid gameplay, and ever since then I have been struggling to download new beatmaps without,

crashing after installing a map

not being able to play what I downloaded after crashing (even though its in the "Songs" folder)

and somehow having to update the game every time I opened it

I decided to run the osu installer to attempt to fix my problems, but now I can't even get the game to open anymore.

Now my updater is stuck saying "An error occurred! Please check your internet connection."

Please post the contents of your update.log file from your osu/Logs folder (the default location is C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\osu!)

Please try running the installer from the website (without uninstalling).

That seems to have solved both of my issues, thank ya'll for the help.
