Discord - Mainsheet - Staff Registration - Player Registration

General

This is an osu! Standard, double elimination, open rank, Algerian tournament
1v1, Head to Head, ScoreV2 + NoFail
Open to all players with the Algeria flag on their osu! profile.
Qualifiers are used for seeding into a double-elimination bracket starting at Round of 32/16. (depends on registrations.)
Players must be a member of the Discord server to participate in.
Once someone joins the discord, they have to rename themselves like their osu! in game name to insure the fluency of communication with staff members.

Qualifiers Procedure

Player must reschedule in lobby at least 1 hour in advance.
Players will be pinged by their room's referee around 10 minutes in advance.
You have 5 minutes to join the lobby. If you do not join in time, you may reschedule to for a different lobby.
Players will play all maps in the pool once (Qualifiers pool); starting from NM1 to DT2,

-Every map in the pool must be played once.
-Players get only one attempt per map.
-All maps must be played in that single lobby.
If a player disconnects during a map they are allowed to replay the map at the end of the lobby

Bracket Stage Procedure

Matches are allowed to be rescheduled anywhere from Friday to Sunday as long as both players agree.
The referee will create the lobby 10 minutes before the starting time. They will ping the team captains and send out invites shortly after.
If a player is not present 10 minutes after their official match time they will automatically forfeit the match.
Both players are allowed to choose 1 warmup.
Both players will use the !roll command once.
Winner of the !roll get to choose between the pick or ban order, the loser chooses the remaining.
-Double picks are allowed.
-Double bans are not allowed.
-Ban order will be ABBA.
On freemod picks, a player must go HD-HDHR-EZ.
If a player disconnects AFTER 30 seconds into the map it will not be aborted. If a player disconnects BEFORE 30 seconds into the map, it will be aborted and This is allowed only once per player per match.
If that player does not return after 5 minutes (or does not respond to pings), that player will lose their pick.
If that player does not return after 10 minutes (or does not respond to pings), then it will count as forfeit .
Tiebreakers will be played with Freemod, mods are allowed but not required.
Each player is allowed to ask the referee for a 5 minute timeout once per match.
