Problem details: I've encountered this issue in the past before but now it's becoming more consistent and frustrating.

Do you encounter this issue on every map or just this one?

Sorry for the extremely late response. It's every map. As a matter of fact, I just encountered it again (which is why I'm here xD)

Hi P0300!

What devices are you using to play osu!, it might be that your devices - keyboard or mouse/tablet causes such issue.
And if possible, try swapping out with other devices if you can and see if it able to spin normally again.
