[osu!lazer] can't import scores from stable to lazer

Problem details:

I tried to follow the solutions from community/forums/topics/1809576?n=4 but the 'import scores from stable" is nowhere to be found.

osu! version: Stable 20240513.1 (latest)

From the settings, press "Run Setup Wizard", then go forward a bit and you should see the import scores from stable window.

I did that and I just noticed, but there "0 scores items" which is weird because I have plenty instable. Also, after completing the wizard setup, most of the maps are still missing after restarting the game.
