so i have bought osu supporter for 1 month but for some reason xsolla says the payment failed??? they tell me to try again. i tried loads of times and on my payment list it says pending confirmation

Edit: I cancelled 4 payments but i kept 1 on pending and im trying to wait it out.
And on my card it also isnt payed.
