[osu!stable] Combo counter numers

Hi, is there a way to make the combo numbers in the bottom left NOT scaling up and down every time I hit a note? To me it's just distracting, would be better if they stayed the same size all the time. Maybe a settings or deleting something from the skin folder...

it's possible to add a black background to remove the 'ghost' one behind it, but there's no way to make it not scale.

I believe in lazer the argon elements don't do this.

You can follow this tutorial: https://skinship.xyz/guides/non_pulsating_combo_numbers.html (which is kinda similar to what chromb suggests but gives more details about what to do)
