[osu!lazer] Everytime I'm about to get an S it changes to an A once the score is shown

Problem details: Today I've been having a problem where, no matter how many times I try, my score 'S' gets changed to an 'A' last minute. I can't get a recording or photo of it, but I was wondering if anyone else has already had this problem or knows how to fix it. After I complete the beatmap, I see my score get put as 'S' initially, but in the span of less than a second, it changes to an 'A'...

It sounds like you're talking about the lazer results screen. Please send a score that you believe has done this and I will explain to you why it is not an S, but an A. alternatively please read here wiki/en/Gameplay/Grade

lazer uses this animation to show that you have the required accuracy for an S-rank, but have missed, so it's locked at an A rank

also PLEASE ACTUALLY USE THE CORRECT VERSION NUMBER WHEN MAKING THESE THREADS. IF YOU PUT THE WRONG ONE IT DOESN'T HELP US HELP YOU.
