Building up stress

My issue is that i can't FC at all recently, my aim is not consistent and during maps i remember about this and stress level increases with larger combo, is this a thing for everyone?

i recently found out that i could be lacking fundamentals so i came back to 4* and i can't FC any 4 star it's always this one miss at end or sliderbreak in the middle. Previously i could FC 5* with couple of tries,
I feel like i've hitten a big wall i can't get through, although recently i improved a lot because i started alternating so it helped me with faster maps. And saying of faster maps, i seem to have better aim on faster maps than on maps with smaller AR which could be why i can't fc 4*.

My questions are, how to stop being stressed knowing you're about to FC?
Also i think i should work on rythm (?) so if anyone have some good maps for that
And overall if anyone have some good tips to improvement, (I know about playing more, that's what i do :D)

Just don't think about it. The more you play, the more you'll be able to manage your stress when you're about to FC a map, and it all starts if you focus only on gameplay and not on what you could have after this play.

If you already played it multiple times with each score getting better accuracy, there's only little room for error. The rest is often than not, FC sooner or later. You can be more confident by knowing how the map goes.

Also Shift-tab to hide HUD so you're not tempted looking at combo or something.

For me, when I am holding a high combo, and I know that I might FC this run, I get this moderate adrenaline rush, and I actually find myself going out of my way to chase this feeling. So what helps me is, instead of seeing it as stress, I see it as playing an exciting video game, which also helps keep me motivated to keep grinding for that FC.

true, most of my scores are with either shift tab or minimalistic hud (boop, rafis etc.)

Me too. I opted to lazer and make the combo and hp bar disappeared. Only small accuracy skin on the bottom

Okay for now i started playing with turned off HUD and it helped me already but that's really good way to think about it too, i will try to use this mindset. Thanks for being helpful!
