I need a Skin that allows you to hide the map's background on everything
home page, song select and result screen. If possible

It's not possible to hide the song select background with a skin element.

The closest you could get would be by making a 2732x1536 songselect-top@2x.png and filling it in with a solid color, but this will overlay the song carousel as well as the leaderboards, so overall not a valid solution. You could try making a cutouts for these, and the LBs could work without a major issue, but to make a cutout for the song carousel you would have to leave the last ~20-ish pixels transparent, since songselect-top repeats the right side of the asset from an arbitrary point, and layers it below itself.

You can hide the main menu background by disabling seasonal backgrounds in the settings. This will change them to the default osu backgrounds.

For the ranking panel you can again just make a 2732x2866 ranking-panel@2x.png that has a solid background (or some other design on the top), but you would need to make cutouts for the stats at the bottom.
