About a week or two ago, I was FCing 5 stars and I started moving higher up in the 5 stars, even FCing a 6 star (albeit a farm map, but still a 6 star nonetheless). However, the past few days I havent been able to FC anything, not even 4 stars no matter how much I try. I watched several videos on consistency and I even tried to FC 2 stars but I somehow cant even do that. Should I take a break for a few days and hope that I come back better or just try to work through this?

If you take a break, you'll feel much fresher than now, but but you'll have to derust to regain your previous skills.
If you try to work through this, you might have to learn other skills (stamina, flow aim, consistency, speed, finger control, etc.) instead of playing farm maps

Ive been trying to play stream/burst maps for a while because I honestly have a lot of fun on those but i always fail when it comes to jump parts of a map. I made a post about a week and a half ago because I kept clicking after I left the circle but im still having that issue and its honestly been getting even worse. I havent been playing farm maps for a while because I realized that they dont really benefit my skill, only my rank

Your fundamentals are ass if you can't FC a 2*. Bad fundamentals are just generally going to cause inconsistency, although this kind of drop in performance is still unusual. I'd recommend taking a few days break.
As for improving flow aim, just play flow aim maps. There isn't really much to say.
