Problem details: i cant login and create new account

You should not be wanting to create more accounts. Each individual gets only 1 account with osu!.

If you are having trouble logging into the client then make sure you are logging in with the correct credentials.

the only account you have is the one you made, correct.

If you are having trouble with logging into the account you currently have then please explain what you are having trouble with.
