English Translation
- This is a 1v1 osu standard open rank Tournament.
- Only players with Japanese flag can participate.
- Those who do not have a Japanese flag are required to submit a picture of a visa, a residence card or other proof of residence next to their osu! client (personal information shall be hidden, only period of stay has to be visible).
- The tournament will consist of a Qualifier round and a Round of 32 double-elimination bracket (might change depending on number of sign ups).
- All times are based on JST (UTC+9).
- All players have to join the discord server and make sure their nickname is the same as their username on osu!.
- Staff cannot play in the tournament with the exception of streamers, commentators and gfx artists.
- General Rules
- All players are excepted to treat staff and other participants with a high level of respect.
- Any mistreatment or abuse in match or through Discord (this includes, but is not limited to: harassment, extreme toxicity, racism, sexism, homophobia, ableism, etc.) will not be tolerated. Sufficient punishment will be given accordingly.
- Qualifier Rules
- ScoreV2 will be used for Qualifiers.
- Each player will play the entire mappool once in a predesignated lobby.
- The mappool will consist of 11 maps (5 NM / 2 HD / 2 HR / 2 DT) and will be played in order starting with NM1 and ending with DT2.
- 90 second timers will be used between maps to make lobbies run smoothly and give players time to ready up for the next map.
- Each map will have its own leaderboard ordered by total score, and the player's overall placement for the qualifier stage will be determined by the average of these ranks. The player with the highest 32 average ranks will proceed to the next stage.
- The bracket will be Top seed vs Bottom seed, 2nd seed vs 31st seed, and so on.
- If a player is less than 10 minutes late to their scheduled lobby, they may request to play the maps they missed at the end of the lobby if the referee permits it. Otherwise they can also reschedule to another lobby.
- Match Rules
- This will be a double-elimination tournament
- The matches will be done in NoFail and ScoreV2
- There are no warm-ups
- If a player fails to join the match 10 minutes after the scheduled time, the opponent will receive a WBD (Win by Default)
- The winner of the roll chooses the pick or ban order. The remaining order will be chosen by the loser of the roll
- Double pick and bans are allowed
- There will be a 120sec timer between each pick and ban. Each player has access to a 2minutes tactical timeout that they can call out if needed. It will automatically be applied by the referee if the player exceeds the timer by ~10secs.
- If the player coming from Losers Bracket wins the first set of Grand Finals, the match will go into Bracket Reset and the second set of Grand Finals will be played on equal footing
- If a player disconnects within 30secs OR 1/4 of the map in (depends on which one is longest), the referee will abort the map and start anew. This abort is only possible once per player per match. If the player exceeds that time but has a replay and screenshot of the submitted score, the score will be counted if it's not deemed too ambitious

- 1v1のosu!standardトーナメントです。参加ランク制限はありません。
- 参加者は日本国旗、あるいは日本在住である必要があります。
- 日本国旗以外での参加を希望する場合は、日本在住である証明を行う必要があります。
- 大会は予選、トーナメント(ダブルエリミネーション方式)で行われます。
- トーナメントはRo32から始まります。これは参加人数によって変更される可能性があります。
- 時間はすべてJST (UTC+9)基準です。
- 参加者は全員、必ず大会Discordサーバーに参加し、ニックネームをosu!のユーザーネームと同じにしてください。
- Streamer、Commentator、GFX以外のスタッフが大会に参加することはできません。
- General Rules
- すべてのプレイヤーには、スタッフや他の参加者に対しての敬意を持った行動が求められます。
- 試合中やDiscordを通してのいかなる不当な扱いや行い(ハラスメント、人種差別、能力差別などが含まれますが、これらに限定されません)も認められません。
- ルールが優先されない場合は、常識に従った判断が下されます。運営側には明確な裁量権があり、適切な判断を適用することができます。
- Qualifier Rules
- 予選はScoreV2で行います。
- 各選手は決められたロビーで、予選プールを1周プレイします。
- 予選プールは11マップ(5 NM/2 HD/2HR/2 DT)から成り、NM1からDT2の順番で1周のみプレイします。
- 進行を円滑に行うため、プレイヤーにはそれぞれのマップの間に90秒の準備時間が与えられます。
- 各譜面ごとにスコアランキングが作成され、全譜面の平均順位が高い順に32人がトーナメントに進出します。
- トーナメント表は平均順位によって割り振られます。(1位vs32位、2位vs31位...)
- もし予定したロビー時間に遅れた場合、遅れた時間が10分以内であれば、レフリーの許可を得てすべてのマップ終了後にプレイできなかったマップのプレイを要求することができます。10分以上遅れた場合はリスケジュールとなります。
- Match Rules
- トーナメントはダブルエリミネーション方式で行われます。

- ウォームアップはありません。
- 試合開始時刻から10分以上遅れた場合は、不戦敗となります。
- rollの勝者はpick順かban順のどちらかを選択することができます。rollの敗者は余っている方の順番を選択します。
- pick、banに制限はありません。
- BANが2つある場合、BAN順はA-B-A-Bの通りとなります。
- pickとbanの間にはそれぞれ2分間の選択時間が与えられます。また、各プレイヤーは2分間のタクティカルタイムアウトを利用することができます。タイムアウトは、プレイヤーがタイマーを10秒以上経過した場合、審判によって自動的に適用されます。
- ルーザーズから勝ち上がったプレイヤーがGrand Finalsで勝利した場合、ブラケットリセットが行われます。両者共に第2セットでのアドバンテージはありません。
- もしプレイヤーがマップ開始から30秒以内、もしくはマップの1/4(どちらが長いかによる)以内に切断した場合、審判によってそのマップは中断され、改めてマップが行われます。この権利は1試合につき1人1回のみ有効です。もしこれらの時間を超えてから切断された場合、提出されたスコアのリプレイとスクリーンショットがあればそのスコアはカウントされますが、消極的であると判断された場合はその限りではありません。
