Problem details: I use a laptop to play osu. I usually play osu in unlimited gameplay that has a max fps of 240 in the main menu and 60 Hz in-game. I use full screen mode to lower my input latency, which ranges from 1.2 to 1.7 ms. Now, the problem is that fps and latency only work optimally when my laptop is charging. When I unplug it, the fps drops down to 60, and the latency increases to 17 ms. When I tried to experiment with my settings, I found out that full screen mode is the only one that can increase my fps back to 240 and reduce latency to 4 to 5 ms when my laptop is not charging. I still want to use full screen because it lowers my latency to 1 ms and provides smooth gameplay, but I don't want to always charge my laptop just to play osu.
