Is it worth changing tablet area

I was just wondering as someone who uses full area, is it worth switching to a smaller tablet area if I want to learn speed? I started with a tiny baby area and then I gradually made it larger and larger and now I use full area. Recently I started playing some aim maps on DT just for fun and really liked them, and I've heard that using a smaller area can help with speed. I don't know if this is helpful but I use a Wacom CTL4100.

Why not? Just to make sure you make a backup before experimenting with your area so you could go back easily

Would also be beneficial if you could notice your problem with DT and speed in general before you do messing around with area. Is it a lot of underaiming? In case of that, then personally I would reduce area with 5mm to notice small differences. Mostly area is just a preferance to suit each players playing style.

Of course it's worth, if you haven't found a perfect tablet area for you

Thanks, mostly what ends up happening with longer fast jump maps is my arm actually just gets tired from moving across my tablet rapidly lol. I think I probably should've phrased this completely differently. My main question right now is whether or not having a smaller tablet area gives one an advantage on fast jump maps (like 230+bpm). I know that its not impossible, because some top players with full area can do very fast things, my question is really just whether or not I would be playing at a disadvantage using full area as opposed to a smaller area.
