ive played osu for almost a year by now and ive seen some improvement, but im currently struggling to do triangle, square, and corner jumps (im a mouse + keyboard player). i dont know if either my tapping or my aim speed is the problem. i play for passes most of the time and manage to do corner and square jumps on some 5-6 star maps, but i likely mashed because most 5-6 stars are out of my skill range. i applied some of the tips i saw online like changing sens and playing jumpy maps more, but nothing changed. what should i do?

(also, i set a top play a few hours ago on Cookie Butter Choco Cookie [Hard] with DT and FCed it. but after i did, i noticed i was playing worse on almost every map i played. i realized that this happens with almost every 3 star DT map i FC.)

OK so... I see that your top scores are not bad until I clicked 'show more'. Your scores are friggen hideous my brother. I will go through some things that I believe to be problematic.

Firstly, these scores are in line with 'i play for passes most of the time' and 'most 5-6 stars are out of my skill range'. So, first you must know that SR signifies the difficulty level of a certain skillset. This means that SR doesn't do a general justice to your overall skills. It is adjusted to what patterns the system thinks is harder, and not always the same for all people. But since you said 'most' is out of your skill level, then you shouldn't be playing it frequent if you do. You should play something your level, lower, and just a tad higher so that it can pull up your abilities without truly destroying your game. There are also so many Bs and As in your board. Fix it. FCing maps signifies your mastery of that obstacle. So not just passes, make it good.

Secondly, 'i applied some of the tips i saw online'. Do you understand what they imply? Changing sens does no justice. The right way to interpret it is 'to find your best sens'. You're a mouse player, should do a little bit high on the sens to avoid a certain unwanted problem. Playing more jumpy maps is correct though, but you must be keen to not blindly look for jumpy maps. It works only if the map is just a little, a tad above your current ability MAX. Anything you can't do at all won't get you to improve.

Finally, the right thing is just to enjoy the game, enjoy the music, enjoy some online chats seeing people get infringed it's fun all right. Feel yourself in the track. Not to be so hasty. Go... far...

You can do this. Good luck kayo.

It's already have been said pretty well by _mp1506, so I won't add much

You can improve your accuracy on many of your top 100. Beside that, Of course aiming is essential and so does tapping! You can start playing more maps that have more burst, albeit still balanced maps alongside jump maps. Being able to tap as effortless as you can is important to your consistency so that there won't be cluster random of 100's out of nowhere.

Find a star rating range that are comfortable for you to see your accuracy goes up. Mastering until FC or at least close to FC is as important as passing hard maps

It's impossible for us to know what your problem is. Analyze your own replays. Go into cutting edge and watch a replay of yours where you made one of these mistakes. Click 5 to slow down your replay right as you're about to miss and take note of what mistake you made.
