How do i fix my singletapping

My singletapping is embarassingly bad. I'm not sure how but it has managed to become much worse than what it used to be, even when i was 6 digit. My main issue is with a lot of jumps without a break or a slider in between. My finger just stops tapping the moment there are like 6+ relatively fast jumps in a row. It just gives up. I can't even FC 5* DT maps like passcode anymore, while I can FC high 6*s when the jumps are low BMP enough or there aren't too many in a row.

I think this problem is because of rapid trigger. I think once I got rapid trigger a while ago that I started tapping lighter for faster jumps that were too fast for me. That somehow turned into tapping lighter each note in a series of jumps to the point where I straight up don't tap, and that terrible habit carried over to relatively high BPM jumps that I was able to do just fine before.

Is there a good way to fix this? I'm thinking of turning rapid trigger off until I get rid of that habit and when I gain my speed back. This issue is really bottlenecking me and limiting me low BPM maps or high BPM maps that happens to not have long chains of jumps.

All I know is that just playing more isn't the solution. I have played so long with this issue and it hasn't gotten any better if not worse. I need to actively do something about it but I'm not sure what.

play something relatively easy ? i think..

I posted about similar problem in Taiko thread few days ago. It's about in-game form, but their comments might help who knows.

I genuinely think it's about time you re-discover yourself. The fact that you got yourself rapid trigger board got me thinking if you wanna get better instant? I'm a Taiko player yet I try to avoid BFKB113PBK 'cheat keyboard' for personal preference (opted for Keychron K1 SE for better durability, low profile, etc.). So now, ask yourself why do you need or not need the rapid trigger function? Also, if this really is or not the reason for your decline:

'I think this problem is because of rapid trigger. I think once I got rapid trigger a while ago that I started tapping lighter for faster jumps that were too fast for me.'

Don't you find the two statements contradict? The answer is because you *might be* are too eager to crush higher SR maps because now you have the 'cheat' function, too much excitement, then you failed yourself in the long run cus u're having this 'happy hour' thing and forgot that your main tapping weapon is your fingers rather than rapid trigger.

Listen, I have this similar problem going since 2019 and I'm making small improvements towards my past glory. It's slow but it's working. I am certain that this problem you have hasn't been going for too long compared to mine. You can do this bro, and don't be afraid to lower your SR a little bit. Lower SR works like a good rizz in these kind of situations brother. Focus stability.

I wish you good luck.

Thanks for your reply. I got rapid trigger when I wanted to upgrade from my old keyboard (because it had 125hz polling rate and switches I didn't like). I didn't necessarily get my current one for rapid trigger but it since it did have it I decided to use it. Since I got rapid trigger my technique only got worse so I assume it's at least part of the problem.

Right now I just started learning AR11 which is making me play lower SR anyway, so I think that goes well with fixing this issue. I'll keep rapid trigger off for a while to get rid of that light tapping thing (since rapid trigger is what's allowing that technique to somewhat work).
BFKB113PBK
Just singletap more and buy BFKB113PBK.
