Yo there!! this is kinda my first time helping with a map though might i add that you refer to the Beatmapping page on osu wiki first? your map doesn't follow a whole lot of rules and thus won't get approved, like, ever if you don't fix these mistakes.

First of all the artist for this song is Takahiro Mizushima (水島 大宙) who is the voice actor of hiroto, so his japanese name should go in the artist tag + his english in the romanized, and "Inazuma Eleven" should go into the source. You can change that in the song setup, like so:


Do this for all difficulties of the map! also it's recommended you get a higher resolution background.
Edit: also your timing and beatmap are completely hopeless, please learn more and start fresh, try to look up the timing guides and go to the FAQ
